Calling all ladies! The New Year has arrived and its time to embrace a healthy new you!

The adidas Women's 5K Challenge is a fun run around London's Hyde Park for all ages and abilities. You can walk, run or jog your way around the route, raising valuable funds for PSP whilst getting fit and healthy in the process!

PSP Charity Run - web.jpgHOW TO APPLY

The PSP Association has a number of guaranteed places available for the adidas Women's 5k Challenge.

If you would like to join the team and can pledge to raise £100 then contact the Fundraising Team on 01327 322419. There is also a non-refundable registration fee of £10.

You can also apply for your Own Place directly with the organisers where there is no sponsorship target, and £5 of your registration fee comes directly to us.

To book your Own Place simply visit adidas Women's 5k Challenge and under the charity choices, leave 'List A' blank as we are located in 'List B' under 'P' as Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (not under ‘T' for The).

Liz Clifford and Patty Wright, pictured above, ran the Women's 5k Challenge in memory of Liz's brother, Ian.

These short runs are fantastic ways to help The PSP Association and what could be better than getting yourself fit and healthy, keeping your weight down, getting the endorphins going and having a wonderful time with friends on the run! Marvellous."

Liz Clifford.

Once your place in the race is secure, simply set up your fundraising page here!
