The PSP Association currently has over 2,000 subscribers for whom the Association is the main source of accurate information on PSP and CBD and the issues that surround these diseases.
Anyone who has an interest in our work can join us. Our subscribers are a wide range of people including people with PSP or CBD, carers, family members, friends and health care professionals.

How to subscribe
You can pay your subscription by cheque, credit or debit card or by Standing Order. You will also need to complete a subscription form: to request a form please contact 01327 322417 or email gerald.kirby@pspeur.org
Alternatively, if you are joining as an individual or a family download a General Subscription Form.
If you are joining as a medical professional or organisation, download a Medical Professional Subscription Form.

Making a donation
If you would like to make a donation in addition to your membership subscription, please print off, complete and return a Gift Aid Declaration.
Alternatively, you may wish to become a ‘Friend' to The PSP Association. This is a cost effective way for donors to make a regular contribution to our work. By becoming a PSP ‘Friend' you can select the frequency and range of information you would like to receive from our Friend's Publication List.
